@Iris in bloom How do you know this? I seriously doubt that they do. They wouldn't have time. They have said repeatedly to contact them on their Facebook page.
some of them definitely do......and some of them get hurt by things that are said. how do we know? they have stated it on facebook posts and via their blogs. some are on other qvc facebook pages/groups that are not affiliated with qvc......hosts, vendors, models, behind the scenes people.

They do read them but they can't participate or respond. So if they are expecting an answer, then they have a long wait or they can go to FB and ask, but they may not get a response there either. Any one joining should be reading the rules. If they are just making a suggestion, that would not require a response nor would it be taken under consideration or expect a simple suggestion would require a change.
Also my guess is if they aren't reading the rules and guidelines, they are not gonna read any banner.

@Iris in bloom. I didn’t know this. Very interesting. It looks like they don’t follow any of the feedback they have received here.
probably because what is more important for them is the feedback they receive from the people and company that employ them.
just because a few people may say "host x talks too loud" deosnt make that feedback necessarily something that they should follow.

@AuntG wrote:@Anonymous032819 I would think many hosts read the forums even though they don't actively participate. I don't go to their FB pages because no host's life interests me enough to be their friend.
I hope the have the thickest, toughest skin in the world if they do read the posts here.
One doesn't have to "friend" a host on Facebook.
One can read without "friending".
If one wants to leave a suggestion or question then yes, "friending" may be neccessary, but once the suggestion or question is posted, just un-friend.
Easy-peasy!

NOT EVERYONE BELONGS TO FACEBOOK.
NOT EVERYONE WANTS TO JOIN FACEBOOK.

@chiclets No one has to "belong" or "join" Facebook to read the hosts' public FB pages. If you want to converse back, yes you need to join. But to just read, ignore that FB pop-up question asking you to sign in or join -- you don't have to at all.

@sunshine45 Well that makes sense to me. And some people do not like one poster and other people do. That’s why I think feedback makes no sense but many posters what their feedback implemented and followed. They complain about it constantly.

Thank you so much for the information. I do not belong to Facebook and have no desire to but it might perk my interest to read some of the host comments.
Do vendors post on Facebook and are you able to read just their comments?
But whether it is a vendor or a host, one would have to join to ASK a question regarding either one.
I want to thank you for your kindness and explanation. It educated me and might also help others. I also want to thank you for your politeness in doing so.

@Iris in bloom How do you know that? Please advise as to where you got that informtion. I'd love to know as I'm sure others would.
Source, please.

@chiclets You are very sweet, and very welcome.
Sometimes it may be interesting to look at their page if you see a burning question here, and you also want the answer. The host or vendor may very well respond on their FB page. But those instances could be few & far between; it's entirely up to you. ![]()
