Please tell Susan Graver to refrain from PROMISING that we will love her clothing. Will QVC honor that promise if I return something and ask that all shipping charges be waived?

So many places offer free shipping & free returns, QVC should follow suit thus living up to the C for convenience in their name.

I think this is more of a sales strategy. I guess she's that confident in her clothing line, which is good to be. Still, I wouldn't take it to heart.

EXACTLY!!!  And how could you trust any of them....I think all (or most) of the hosts have botox injections or some type of facial procedure at dermatologist.  It's all trial and error.  QVC should have 30 day trial samples (bottom of the jar) and not charge for return/refund when the product doesn't do what it says.
