In the past five years, about 95% of what I've purchased has been through information available on-line. I have gotten some wonderful things and some things didn't work out and were sent back. This morning, while watching the product video for a Bob Mackie sweater, I realized how useless the video clips have become. The product video clip was over 6 minutes long. They spent less than one minute actually giving information specifics about the sweater. The rest of the time was off-topic chit chat and a promo for another product. While I did have information in print right in front of me, it would have been nice to have seen more about the sweater (close-ups of neckline and sleeve, button appearance, fabiric content, etc.) and heard a more thorough description by the host. This isn't the first time that a poorly edited clip has been inserted into the on-line information for a product but it sure is frustrating to see videos that are useless in helping a customer decide whether or not to buy the item. As a shopper with 25+ years of shopping with QVC, it's annoying to see marketing poorly done. Thanks for letting me vent.

ITA... I would love to see more models in the products, too. The items look different on different figure types. And close ups like you mentioned of the buttons, cuffs, etc.
