I totally disagree @Daffney 

I just spent last wkend at the Grove City Prime Outlets in PA and QVC's pricing was in line or better than Outlet pricing.

They are less on Clarks, Sketchers, & LeCrue

Stores such as Columbia, Nike, Chicos, WHBM and more were retailing from $70 to way over a hundred for the majority of their items.

Chico's only had 2 maxi dresses at $89.99.  I just got some from Q at $39.99 and $49.99.

Coach & M Kors bags were sky high also.

I buy alot of my clothes at Chicos.  Sign up for text messages and they will send you daily deals.  Prices are alot less this way and if you are a rewards member, it's free shipping.  There is a Chicos in my town, but we frequently visit relatives and two other cities with Chicos.  So I return them at the store.  

I got a $99 top at Chicos for less than $40.  You can't beat it.  Sorry, but QVC's prices are too high especially for what you get.  The only time I buy from them is a really good priced TSV.

For me, I need Petite sizing so I shop for clothing mainly at Talbots but only with a sale, which happens every other day there! I find the quality comparable to Susan Graver, Kim G. And Isaac. When Talbots have a sale, their prices are comparable to the Q designers I mentioned at qvc regular price. So that $89. top at Talbots goes down to $59. Which is similar to qvc. Did I e plain that well?

I wouldnve thought that their house brands would be the same as the designers either but somehow qvc found a way. Remember when they used to have twenty dollar bill alerts with the house brand denim and co..they can't say that now..

Someone correct me if I'm wrong, but in all the years I've been watching shows and buying from QVC, I have NEVER heard any host say their prices are the lowest.   They aren't ... and never have been. 

I also don't see why a "house brand" as you call it should be assumed to be rock bottom prices.  

Just to be clear .... specifically which higher-end brick and mortar stores have prices lower than QVC?

I watched a Sport Savvy show last night, and their clothing was very reasonably priced. Compared to most brands. I think SS & D&C are comparable, and at the moment, SS is the much better buy.

It's interesting the difference in pricing between QVC and HSN. HSN pricing is much better and the quality is still there.  I find myself tuning in to check out their latest deals more often than QVC.  Ironic that they are now owned by the same corporation.  HSN has some fabulous designers as well.  QVC should take note.  :-D

This is true for all kinds of products Q sells, especially brands not owned by Q. I always price shop. 99.99% of the time, I find what I want elsewhere for less money.

how are you sure they are professional designers? Just because it's your job, doesn't mean you are a professional in any field.
