The hosts use to be so good when presenting a beauty & jewlery item with describing everything to detail. I have noticed we the viewers do not get alot of information needed to be able to make a decision if we want it. I was watching Jill Bauer with Bobbi Brown the other night and they were talking about the new foundations. They did not show the colors in the pots at all. They just showed pics of women and who should use what color. What good is that??? Then QVC wonders why they get so many returns. Show us the colors up close. The other suggestion is Lisa R was on a jewelry show with Hagiti and never did she tell us the measurements of the jewelery pieces or even show us the bails of the necklace so we can see if it is something that we would want. Its really getting very frustrated watching these shows.
