Pop Ups do not make me buy. They are such a turn off that they have the opposite effect. They annoy me when I'm shopping. They don't make the shopping experience more satisfying. They distract me from what I'm interested in buying.

That's my dream....to be pestered by QVC all day in texts....

That "Stay in the Know" box needs to go too.....

It's hopeless.

Re: Pop Ups do not make me buy

I'll add my vote. In fact, I kind of dread coming to the QVC website because I know that I'll be bombarded with pop-ups. There are a few other websites that I dread because of the pop-ups. I know that the companies want to make sales, but they need another tactic much less annoying than the stupid pop-ups! Smiley Mad

Re: Pop Ups do not make me buy

Very Annoying!

I'm not shopping as much anymore because of QVC'S changes from what they use to be.

Drinking on many shows and appearing like they are high.

Eating and talking with their mouths open.
Wearing pajamas and laying around all over the place. Running back and forth.

Constantly bringing up their family on "every show" they are on.

Screaming  and shouting at each other and have no concern about the item they are suppose to be presenting for the customer.

Over talking the "Vendor Representative" and each other.

I want to hear what the Vendors representative has to say about the product not the host.

Hosts running off stage to change clothes they are presenting "What are the models for?"  They are taking their jobs.

Also, what has happened to: Q= Quality, V= Value, C= Convenience?

"I have shopped with QVC since the very beginning.

"Yes, I know I have the right to change the channel and I do.
This is just my opinion from shopping over the years.

Re: Pop Ups do not make me buy

I agree with the OP.  The pop-ups are a complete turn-off to me.  I can delete them fast enogh.  They don't entice me to peek at their "offer", rather they merely irritate me.  Bad idea, QVC.
