The company carries many quality tablets. Most of these are presented on a program.

You have other filler items. These tablets have old outdated specs. They should be removed from your inventory.  It is disappointing for a customer to receive a product and it doesn't work.

Some-off brand electronics are comparable to name brands in terms of basic function. Not all consumers want the higher price tag, nor extra features generally associated with top quality; particularly if purchasing for a child that is less than careful with his or her belongings.😁 It is important to address the needs of ALL consumers.😊

This doesn't happen just with off-brands.  Three years ago I bought a Dell computer that was so outdated Dell charged me $169.00 to bring it up to date.

If you research the name brands Q sells, most of them are outdated editions. I don't buy any electronics from Q.

Simple, I do not buy big ticket electronics  from QVC.
