I only have to type mine in one time and I stay signed in until I log out. Wonder what's causing yours to log out?

I have to log in for the forums and if I want to check on my account I have to log in again as well. It's a pain.

I sign in over and over and over...it is annoying and unnecessary. You can't go from one page to the next without the website thinking you aren't signed in. QVC please fix this!!!!

I just sent CS a complaint about this. Of course, I got their ''generic" answer.

They either need better -- or MORE -- website people.

It is weird. You want to respond to a post? Log in. Then you want to check your wish list? Log in again. You want to order something? LOG IN. . .

During that whole span of time, you never leave the QVC site, but it just can't believe that the same person wants to do three things.

I totally agree...... The site us constantly asking for me to sign in, again & again. It is terrible and makes no sense........ Other sites do not make you sign in constantly.......please help!

Yep - just yesterday I wrote a note to corporate about the sign in mess. At least 50% of the time when I want to sign in to write something here, I get misdirected to my account instead, so when I got a pop-up about my experience on their website, I told them how I handle what they do that irritates me.

When they send me to my account when I'd prefer to be here, I take the opportunity to check my auto-delivery page and either skip a shipment or cancel a line completely. But now, I'm done to so few items on AD, I just don't want to cancel more and just wish they'd figure out why their website doesn't work.
