Please send your coupons out before they start

I just received a coupon for 20% off yesterday 10-17. However the promo started 10-9. I could have saved $30 on the Blackstone TSV I ordered on Sunday 10-13 had I known about the coupon. Most other stores send out the coupons before they start, not after they are in effect. I am happy to receive a coupon from the Q but disappointed that I didn't get to use it on a item that was purchased during the eligibility period. Maybe you could put it on our accounts, so we see it when checking out and give us the option to use it.

I too have purchased items only to find out the next day was free shipping or flash free shipping or some other discount.

Yes, that's the coupon. If you look at it, it says the promo started on 10-9-24 and goes to 12-3-24. However, you and I received it yesterday 10-17-24. So why wasn't it mailed before the 10-9 start date? That is my suggestion to send before the start date.

I tried to use the 20% off purchase coupon but mine didn't work. Perhaps it is only for Q Charge Card holders?

that happened to me and I called customer service and told them that I made a purchase and the next day it was all free shipping and they refunded me the shipping charges. I called the day after I made the purchase so i think you have to call right away the next day.

I just received another 20% off coupon from QVC in the mail yesterday (11-4), however the promo started on 10-25 and goes to 11-14. So 10 days were not available to be used and 10 days are left to use. I also received coupons from Macys and Kohls that are letting me know that their offers start later this week. How hard is it to send out mailers before the start dates?!?! This is poor service from Q.
