Please send out program guides!

After not receiving a program guide for the 2nd month, customer service told me that they are no longer sending them out- only in an ocacasional package(I've yet to receive one in a package). I was getting them in the mail. And with my Mac I have a problem printing them out on my computer- and quite honestly- I really don't think I should have to! Nor do I think I should pay $12 for the Insider Magazine- after all, it's just one big ad.

I used to look ahead and look forward to certain shows...now- well, less money spent.

Just doesn't make good marketing sense.
