Please present relevant information on items

Customers need to know relevant information so they can make an informed decision if they want to buy an item. Example: Dyson TSV. One needs to know can you operate the air purifier without the cooling? Most people don't need cooling in the wonter or maybe you just don't want it on all the time. Can you adjust the temperature on the cooling? How many sqare feet it covers? We can see the colors and the price! Talk about the features ! No info on line either!

Totally agree with you!!They formally did this years ago and then stopped. Guess they learned that people will buy products, and then NOT return them because of the hassle.

The Pure Cool Link has 10 airspeed levels. At lower levels the machine is still purifying, but with low airspeed so that it does not also cool you as a fan. At higher airspeed levels, it will function as a purifier + fan – using smooth powerful airflow to cool you with purified air.

And where was the vendor with details in all this..That's their responsibility too especially when QVC brings them in on Skype why bother having them on live when one has to read the product details on the website! And this vendor has omitted important details on other Dyson products she presents... like not explaining the one hour run time she talked about on a Dyson vacuum was only on hardwood floors on the LOW setting, but on a HIGH setting on a slightly dirty carpet it was actually 8 to 10 minutes according to Consumer Blog Reviews....
