Yes, exactly. And as consumers, we count on reviews to weigh the pros and cons on buying items.

@eadu4 I tried to replicate this. Same device, same browsers. Same "process." I can view the reviews in Chrome and Safari. 

If the mods are sending notifications of these errors to IT the first thing IT will try is to replicate the error. If they can't, they may not have the bandwidth to troubleshoot further.

 

It's probably a Wi-Fi slowness issue if the page isn't completely loading. Hence the reviews don't load. Or it's user error.
