Am I doing something wrong? For weeks I can not access sound when I want to watch a product video. This keeps me from purchasing as I want to year the detailed description. Please advise!!

What browser are you using and do you have the mute button Xed out?

Hi @elruth, too bad we can't get together.....I have sound and NO VIDEO for 3 weeks now. Ever since they changed the page format. Spikey's mom

It might be as simple as turning the sound on. When the videos start, some of them default to no sound and there'll be an X next to the little speaker icon on the little tool bar that will appear if you scroll down near the bottom of the video. Click on the X and you'll have sound.

I can't hear the sound on videos when I use my tablet and the Puffin browser, but it works with Chrome. So for those of you with this issue, have you tried a different browser or a different device?
