At one time we could opt to have our packages delivered by the Usps. I always chose that option because if I wasn't home, I could pick my packages up on Saturday morning and Usps mail carriers are more dependable than UPS. I didn't mind pay extra. Please bring that option back, I would gladly pay for it. In some areas UPS doesn't even try to delliver packages to homes when the holiday season approaches or when it gets dark at 4:30. They just lie and say no one was home and drop the package off at one of their Access points. That just doesn't work for many people and it's unfair and not what YOU are paying for. I've already had that happen twice this week and one delivery was a QVC food product. I actuallly paid my cleaning lady to sit and wait for the package. UPS never came but tracking says no one was home. I can' be the only one would like an option other than UPS. Please consider it, thank you.

I would like this option too. About 3/4 of the time UPS will not leave my packages, even if I leave a note authorizing them to do so. I finally had to set up with having them delivered to a UPS access point (local UPS store) which works but is an extra trip for me.

I don't like UPS either so I really don't like to order things online anymore.
At our place they leave packages if you are not home-not good, nor safe! and they refuse to leave packages at the office even if you call or leave a note.
Our usps is pretty reliable and always leave packages at the office or if small enough in the box.

I think USPS delivery is the pits and would go to any length to avoid it.

I would like to see more shipping options too and am all for USPS. I think I would choose them over UPS.

I inquired about this and was told that there would be an extra fee, I think $5 even though the UPS Store is less than a mile from here.

I, too, would like to see the USPS shipping option return. There was a time that QVC automatically shipped all small and light packages via the mail. Since our shipping options have been reduced to standard or expedited only, I have actually chosen not to order some items because I wanted them to be shipped via mail only.
Since so many people have problems with either UPS or USPS, having the option to chose what suits you better would be great. Even if it involved a slightly higher cost and/or a slightly longer shipping time.

I wish the USPS carriers were good in my area....but sadly, they are terrible! Always delivering mail to wrong addresses, and when leaving packages, do not even ring the bell. They have also been know to not ring the bell when delivering certified mail return receipt (I know, I have been home and gotten the "we missed you" sticker on the door). My UPS guy, however, is awesome! When I am not home, he "hides" the packages either behind the pillar on my front stoop, or will leave them in the backyard on my deck.

For years I have chosen to have my packages delivered by UPS. When things come via the USPO they are crammed into a regular size mailbox, always wrinkled beyond help and often broken. I definitely prefer the UPS system and have always requested them. I have stopped ordering anything that is small lately unless I am sure the item is too large for the mailbox. This means I rarely order clothing anymore. QVC says they have no control over how something is shipped - say it's up to the warehouse. Leaves me out!

It is ironic. At the time of year when I most WANT to buy from Qvc, I can't or least I have to significantly limit what I buy because I can't go shlep over to that Ups Access Point every time I buy something. Like the D&Co sweater today. I really really wanted to get one for my sister but I have to pick up something from the Access Point and I don't go over there twice in one week. It's in a busy part of town and there's no parking near the place. You either double park and risk a ticket or you have to find a place to park way down the street.
