They seem to pander to the lowest. 

It is truly insulting. 

Shopping on air should be a convenience. We should be assured the product is one we can use properly, and that it suits our needs.

The newer sales people are trained to scream, squeal, wave and dance to sell product.  When they do so the Q must suffer more returns as we the customer don't have the information we need.

The childish phrases are an annoyance rather than something that draws us in.

I think they need a new marketing team.

Does anyone remember when Wal Mart first opened?  I had friends tell me that every day they started the day with the "Wal Mart Cheer".    QVC's new marketing team must have taken their cue from Wal Mart.
