Why on certain items when you click on the garment measurements button, a box pops up and says it can't be loaded at this time - try later....  That doesn't work. It never works when you try days or weeks later???

Q - can you fix this please - it is annoying.....   Thank you...........

@Sunniegirl.  Are you using an Apple device with Safari?  There is often a disconnect between it and the QVC system.  They're aware of it but can't fix it.  Try using a different browser.

I'm using Chrome and I still get this message occasionally.  I just chalk it up to busy website and move on.  Lost sale in some cases.

no, I use Android - it only happens on certain items - hard to pin point unless I wrote the item numbers down by item..  but thanks...

It’s actually not a QVC problem. It’s that your cache is full on your browser. Go to settings and clear your cache and the garment measurements will come right up.
