Please fix the problems with QVC.com

I can no longer use the "back" button to go back to a page I was on - I get an error message.

I tried several times to cancel an item that I had changed my mind on (within an hour mind you) and I get the "oops somethings wrong" message. I called customer service to ask them to cancel and they tell me it had already shipped - except that it still shows "in process" on the screen.

I went in to update some autodelivery dates and they won't hold the changes either.

Using the website used to be pretty straightforward, but I am so NOT impressed with this upgrade -- what is this a beta version they've got running?
