If you and the merchant are selling frozen food items such as 120 potstickers, please make sure the packing Gods are putting enough dry ice to travel cross country in the summer! If you cannot do this then PLEASE DO NOT sell frozen food items in the summer period. I waited a long time to try the potstickers and only to get a wet puddle of warm food. It was so disappointing and hard for me to throw all of them out as I cannot stand throwing out food being growing up with a family of 8 kids.

That is how mine arrived but this time I'm blaming myself because I should have known better based on past experience.
I've often ordered potstickers and they have arrived intact and fully frozen. However, it seems when they are a TSV the boxes are over filled leaving no room for dry ice so arrive mostly to fully thawed.
As soon as I opened the package it was clear no dry ice had been put in as there was no bag that normally contains the dry ice.

Hopefully you called and got a refund...if you have not, please do so!!!
QVC is great about refunds on food.....I asked for and got a refund on some gray shoe leather I bought....it arrived frozen rock solid here in Western PA, but it was inedible.*
(Rastelli's Aged 9 oz Rib Eye Steaks TSV)....**
I felt a little "guilty" about calling for a refund too....I don't think I ever did before in decades.....and I felt even guiltier trying to feed that stuff to my feral cat group....even THEY didn't like it!!!
Racoons must've ate it!!! ( live in rural area with LOTS of outside critters that usually eat EVERYTHING I put out for them!!).
** NOTE: In Rastelli's favor....the items WERE packed well and frozen solid, and I took a chance and ordered thier Faroe Island salmon and that IS delicious. Also well packed and frozen solid....BUT...it comes from NJ and I'm in PA.....
I often wondered about long distance frozen food shipping....guess you answered the question!!!

It isn't always QVC's or the vendor's fault.
I am on AD for the same salmon...ships from NJ and I am in Western NY. Not too far.
TWICE this past month, UPS put it on a delay! Two additional days from the scheduled delivery!
Sure enough, first one arrived totally defrosted, oozing fish juice out of the bottom of the container. It stank to high heaven. Those feral cats would have ran!
Why on earth would UPS delay delivering a food item? Styrofoam box, guys...clearly marked as frozen.
I asked for a resend, QVC was great....but same thing happened! In tracking, I see the message UPS has them on a delay again!
At the same time, I had potstickers coming as well and THEY went on delay.
This time I called UPS when I saw the delay notices.
Someone actually cared and sent a message to my local UPS hub.
I got a call back. They said for some reason, they didn't scan as perishable.
Second time?
The Supervisor put both containers in his car and brought them to me.
Wow! All was well, fully frozen, dry ice intact.

QVC is the order takers, they are not responsible for what is being sent.
They clearly take the orders and send it to their vendors.
From what I understand is that it takes the food vendors 2-3 months to get paid. Someone wrote that it's easy to get a refund for the food, sure it would be, the cost gets deducted from the final check.
A complaint here and there will not change the amount of dry ice or the way it's packaged, vendors take into consideration a certain percentage of unhappy customers.

@northiie57 I know the feeling, I've received items that were not even a tad bit cold, so I called and got a refund. And I hate throwing out food too.
If you happen to live anywhere near a Trader Joe's, I highly recommend their pot stickers. I believe they have pork or chicken ones (I always get the chicken), and they are excellent and much less then the ones on QVC.

I just wish they could communicate to the vendor who does the packaging. Q was more than kind and refunded right away. I hope they let the vendor know this is a BIG issue. My 9 year old grandson was counting down the days until arrival and he was going to prepare them for the family. Big disappointment all around.

Same thing happened to me with crab cakes. Ordered in June, took over a week to ship.
When they arrived, they weren't even cold.
