Please consider opening a QVC store in Hawaii--shipping is killing me

I would just like the powers at QVC to seriously consider opening a QVC store in Hawaii. I order quite a bit from QVC but the cost of shipping (higher for residents in Hawaii) is taking a toll on my pocketbook.

Example--I just placed an order for 6 items, my total cost was $376.32. My shipping cost was $100.04 and tax was $16.32. None of the items are heavy in weight. One item cost only $12.74 and the shipping cost was $14.97 & tax was $1.25. The total cost for that sale pants ended up at $28.96 so I really didn't benefit from the sale price at all.

The other benefit of having a QVC store in Hawaii is that we would be able to receive all the items that you cannot ship to Hawaii like Nail Polish, Perfumes, certain hair products, any product with an aerosol spray. It's so disappointing to NOT be able to order the new Mally gel nail kit, some of the Nick Chavez's hair products, WEN lavender volumizing spray, Tova's perfumes, Philosophy perfumes...I could go on and on.

I have been a loyal customer for many, many years. My friends all look forward to what they might be receiving for their birthdays or Xmas because they know I do almost all my shopping on QVC, but it DOES come at a high price.

I don't know if there are statistics on how much revenue you would be able to forecast if a QVC store was opened in Hawaii, but I am sure, it would be a success. All I am asking is that it be considered.

Note: The Costco warehouse that generates the most revenue in the nation is here in Hawaii....Hawaii people buy a lot & in quantity; that's just how it is here.
