I filed a claim with the Post Office because I never received a small package from QVC that was listed as delivered. It as an Aimee Kastenberg leather crossbody cell phone case.
I did receive a blanket in a QVC box on the same day that the crossbody was posted as being delivered to my front door. Yesterday I was breaking down all my QVC boxes for recycle when I found the small crossbody case stuck under the inside botttom flap of the blanket shipping box.
Please be more careful when packing smal items in with large items, or at least insert a note stating that there are 2 items packed in this box.

@EMA518 Weird - how could the PO list that crossbody as delivered if it's not listed on your invoice or some other label on the box? How would they know it was stuck inside? Am I missing something?

It would have been on the invoice in or on the box. That's why invoices are done.
By the way, the sender has to be the one to file claims with the post office. As the recipient, you should notify QVC if you don't receive merchandise.

I had a package from Vineyard Vine go missing after it left Bridgeport Innovations.. I called the post office to check on the tracking and they gave me a UPS email to use to file a claim. I chose to call the vendor instead and they refunded me. It was a $29. item and I didn't want to get involved with UPS.

There would have been a packing slip in the box or in an envelope affixed to the outside of the box. It would have listed both items, spurring you to look further.
