When I purchase an item, it shows my Easy Pay amount on the receipt.  When I PRINT the receipt, the Easy Pay information disappears.  In the past, this did not happen.  Can this be fixed?

• @Bonzomom maybe you can do a copy/paste of your screen and paste it in  Word document and print that?

@Bonzomom.  You're lucky if you get a receipt.  I usually don't or if I do, there's nothing printed on it.  I don't remember Easy Pays ever being listed on one.

Trust me, it used to show on there.  I guess I can just write it down on the receipt, but jeez, it used to be on there!

Just do a screen shot and print that it should solve your issue.

Why do you need to print anything @Bonzomom ?  Everything shows up online.

I agree.  95% of the time I do get receipts. I keep them and also wish it showed if easy pay was used. The bookkeeper in me matches my credit card statement to my receipts so if I bye anything on easy pay I have to go online to order status and view my easy pay items. Then I write it on the receipt and keep easy pay receipts to keep track of my payments for credit card purchases. As I said you can't take the bookkeeper out of me!  At least I am never confused about how many easy pays I have been charged for and I will say, never found a mistake on my credit card in 20 years!

This is true.... QVC has been pretty much spot-on with their Easy Pay billing.  Still, the little bookkeeper in me would also like to see it there!
