Please QVC, enough with the shipping!

I just had 4 items in my shopping cart and it was around 35.00 to ship them to me. I decided not to purchase these items because of the shipping costs. Why can't you have just a flat rate shipping or maybe 1/2 shipping even if it is for different items in other departments. Two of the items in my cart were throws and sheets and still full price to ship both. The other two were for shoes and both were full price shipping. You are losing customers because of the high cost of shipping.
