@halfpint1 - To get assistance, you're going to need to be a lot more specific in your request. For example:

•Are you referring to just one item? If so, which item? If not, which items are not being listed or displayed properly?

•Is your note about "on screen" a reference to a show currently on air? Or something on your computer screen?

Please add more details, and I'm sure you'll get some help...

She's talking about the size banner which runs at the bottom on the screen.  Let's one know what size are available.  QVC use to run the banner on a more frequent  basis than it does now.
