That comment changed things for me.
I LOVE Susan Graver!
@insomniac2 - I love Susan too. She loves the clothing she creates, and she's so good at what she does. I've been wearing her clothing since the 1990's, and I don't think I've ever disliked what I wore. I still have some of her clothing from back then because I can't bear to get rid of them. I'm sure the day will come when somebody else in my family will dump them all in the clothing dumpster, but I'm not going to. They bring back such happy memories, and that's why I'm keeping them.

Sometimes I wonder if they secretly hate the models.

The stylists have to dress the models they're given.
@Kachina624 Since women come in all sizes and shapes I think they are trying to show they have clothing for all. Any stylist should know to put them in the right size at least. Most of us style ourselves every day and realize when something is to tight. I admit to gaining a few lbs while on lockdown and while dressing yesterday looked in the mirror and removed a favorite pair of jeans that must have shrunk (not). I knew they looked awful.
I put the blame squarely on the stylist. I feel sorry for some of the ladies and I bet most ladies on here could do a better job. Shall we apply? ![]()

@mspatmac First and foremost, they're trying to sell clothing and it won't sell if it looks awful.

Sorry but most people I see now are stuffed into their clothes. Especially the younger ones. Stuffed!

Modesty and being tasteful is not really a priority much in dressing anymore.

Although, thinner, I'd like to see this stylist dress runway models. See how long she keeps her job when the designer sees models poured into the clothes.
I don't think any runway models are poured into any clothing. They are very thin with little to no shape.

I’m a size XL and sometimes IX. I hate it when they give the model’s size, their height. We till live in a time when a woman’s weight is a bigger kept secret than
any bank vault, so we will never get that. With that in mind I find it an insult to think their height would help me pick a size.
I try very hard not to look closely at the models. I can sometimes see stretch marks and other things that should not be visible...but are because of the fabric being stretched so thin.

Caroline should listen to her friends and not the terrible stylists they have at QVC. The models don't have any say it what they have to wear but I'm sure the hosts do. I like Caroline but she should look in the mirror. Maybe she should work with Leah who always looks impeccable
Carolyn has narrow sloped shoulders and carries her excess weight in her belly & backside. She needs a little bit of a pad in the shoulders and a looser fit around the middle. Once in a blue moon her stylist, or Carolyn herself, nails it and she looks in proportion and 100% better. Just not often enough.
