I've been very happy with the Pro Chair. I'm not a large lady, 5'5, size 4. After a year's use, one of the springs broke. You do not sell the original springs that come with the chair individually. You only sell a heavy duty spring, which I did order and received -- It's very hard. I do not want to get bulky muscles.. I sent an email to Customer Service to check with Pro Chair to see if they can start selling a set of springs to match the ones that came with the chair. The message I received back was they can not ask the supplier to do this. I sent an email to Pro Chair directly and have not received an email reply back. I'm hoping you can assist. I would really like to get the replacement springs to match the ones that were received originally with the chair I purchased from QVC. I do not want to have to buy a new chair to get this. I feel we should be able to purchase the original springs. One of the springs broke where it was welded. Please help and thank you for your time.

I had the same problem with mine except one of the springs broke when I had it only 3 months. QVC did replace them but I'm pretty sure they were used & squeak so much we could not use it. DH bought another set but they are also stronger then what came with it. I could not find the original strength springs any place. Seems like Life's A Beach would sell them on their site but they don't. QVC did refund me for the purchase price DH paid for the set he bought. I'm hoping the stronger ones will last longer. DH also uses it so they have loosened up but still stronger then the original springs. Good Luck finding the original springs. I have seen them on Ebay & Amazon but the reviews on those also say they are stronger so they cannot be the original springs if they are stronger.

@Anonymous Barb with QVC already took care of it as I posted above. We did purchase another set of springs which Barb refunded to my Q Card. The springs we bought are stonger then the springs that came with it. I just think a set like what comes with the machine should be offered for sale so you could purchase the original or the extra resistance springs. If DH did not also use it I would have had to use it a lot longer for the springs to loosen up. Hoping I just got a bad spring & won't have any more problems. I don't want to return it as I like using it. Thanks for your help but I'm good. I just wanted to let the original poster know she probably won't be able to find the original springs. I have not bee able to find them.

Hi Alice, thank you for your reply. I just received an email from the manufacturer and they will be replacing a spring for me. I see from the note below that you refunded the other QVC members account for the springs that she ordered that are heavy duty. Will you be able to refund me for my purchse of the additional springs too ? Thank you very much for your assistance in this matter.

Thank you for your email reply ! I really appreciate your help and to know that it wasn't just me that had problems with the springs. It seems to have broken where it the part was welded to the hook.
