Why does it matter if someone is new or returning. How long does a person have to be here before they’re “allowed” to post without commentary about it?

Perfectly stated.

Re: Palm Springs??

[ Edited ]

I hope most here who are critical of PS trip, realize those trip expenses are tax deductible. Whether a company is broke or not.  It is obvious that the Palm Springs Chamber and such hosted,  and most likely picked up a few expenses.  We here on the forums are the minority. What are we, maybe 100? We are drop in the universe compared to those who tune in. . Also, we are probably the most critical, and selective and vocal than most viewers.    The Q has a million viewers ....maybe. They say approx. 900,000 watched PS show. Whether they were just viewers who watch all the time, and had set on, or viewers who happened to tune in. iDK. It was promoted in PS and surrounding areas heavily.

I have no horse in this race.  I don't watch TV at all, but I do shop online.  I just think some of the criticism is pretty harsh. It's darned if they do, darned if they don't.  I am sure managers, execs and consultants weighed in on these adventures . Who knows they could have picked up viewers because of the show.  Just my 20 cents.

These events are most likely tax write-offs.

I can only guess that the more outstanding incurred expenses, the smoother the bankruptcy will move forward.

They have to list all of their debts, etc.

Of course, what do I know?  Nothing.  Just guessing, as usual.

I'm fairly sure that once this is settled, they can start all over again, maybe moving in a different direction.
