I'm not having actual page-jumping. But sometimes the load is a lot slower than what I experience at other websites.
Furthermore, they STILL have some kind of problem with script or something, because this site constantly takes my browser window down whether I'm using IE or Chrome, and no matter which computer I'm using at any given time.
They need somebody to fix the website and that will probably also take care of the 'jumping' problems some experience.

Beth... I only have a laptop and it happening on that. It's frustrating!!! It has to be with the QVC software because it doesn't happen in any other website. Barbara

@Beth-QVC, This bouncing or jumping only happens to me when I'm using my iPad (3rd generation) and iPhone 5, both iOS 8.4.1. Of course, those are using Safari. When I use my iMac (OS X 10.10.5) I don't see it happening, with Firefox 40.0.3, or Chrome 45.0.2454.85, or Safari 8.0.8.
The main problem seems to be the way a page is loaded each time we select a forum or thread, and in particular the promotional banner(s) at the top of the page make it much worse.
We've been attempting to describe the issue since the first day the new Community was launched. I think it would be helpful if your support team tries posting here with a variety of devices so you can see what we're seeing -- navigate the forums, open threads, post a comment, and see what happens. This sort of problem can't be captured in a screen shot so our descriptions are all we can offer at this point.

@Beth-QVC yes, it still is on both. I have a Samsung Galaxy phone and I am not sure which version Ipad I have as it is at work right now but it is a newer one. My phone is the worst- it jumps several times before it settles down. I no longer look QVC up on either and won't until I hear it is fixed. Hopefully soon? My laptop is fine- no jumping at all.

@Beth-QVC Yes, Beth-QVC, I use my laptop and I just edited my OP message to indicate I'm on my laptop.

Hi, @chickenbutt! What do you mean when you say the site "takes my browser window down"? Are you using the most recent versions of those 2 browsers, and do you clear cookies, cache, website data frequently, close the browser and relaunch it?

I'm using an IPad. I don't have much trouble here on the forums. In fact, I can now say I like the new forums better than before. I have issues when I'm on the Q's website (QVC.com) shopping for an item. This is when it starts jumping around and even worse, I cannot place an order from my IPad. It's very frustrating. If I really want the item bad enough I'll order by phone, but most times I just say "forget it!" I don't use my Iphone for ordering or getting on the forums, so I don't have an opinion or experience with that.
