Page jumping worse than ever today! Slow page Loading as well

It takes forever to down load a page....then it hops about for a long time...are they ever going to fix this??

The page jumping right now on my ipad is due to the 2 horizontal ad banners loading after the rest of the page loads. Those 2 banners, the one plugging the Q card and the other the Labor Day clearance are loading last after the rest of the page has loaded.
