PLEASE stop the "Ummmm's....."

Is it just me, or am I hearing way too many "ummm..." in the descriptions or presentations of Jill Bauer and Shawn Killinger? Both hosts speak clearly and are able to prattle on and on about a product, but repeatedly insert this "Ummm" mutter in almost every sentence. Last week I went crazy with Jill and Shawn's presentations and finally turned the channel. Do these hosts ever review their shows - not to mention the management. Try to listen to one of their shows and see if it doesn't drive you to distraction - or better yet...not to listen and not to buy!
