PLEASE fix your website!!

I don't know what has happened to the tech dept(IT) for qvc, but I am about to just delete QVC from my favorites! I have sent the same email 3 times, returned everytime sayin that they did not recieve ALL of the email!! WTH!! Pages take forever to download, I haven't been able to view a video in I forever! pages just NOT comin up!! Please!! I LOVE QVC! hate the computor problems!!
