8/21 and 8/22 I had countless problems with Q's website. It took me 2 days before I FINALLY found someone who knew what was going on. Q was having connection problems with Google chromebook - which is what I use.
It would be helpful to your customers for Q to publish they are aware of a problem and are working on it.

I totally agree! I was about to pull out all my hair out of frustration - thinking it was my computer's fault. Trust me when I say - I don't look good BALD.
....and, yes, I really do have (Miss Clairol) red hair.
