PLEASE FIX "TRACK YOUR RETURNS"

QVC offers "track your returns"  -- it has not been working for months. Always get "status unavailable".

 

My suggestion is to get this fixed for us (your customers).

I get emails that indicate my return is on the way back if I send them US mail, which is what I do 99% of the time I return an item.

Need to fix all tracking, outgoing to us and returns.  Can no longer get any data.

 

We are entitled to be aware of what is happening on our orders.  Hope this is not another QVC cost saving thing, and just another QVC website glitch.  So many issues for years now with site use.

There's definitely something faulty with the QVC tracking information  .... both ways !!

This has nothing to do with tracking, but their system in general.  I ordered a product around 11 pm one evening.  After doing more research into the product decided to cancel around noon the next day.  It said my order was IN PROCESS and I could not cancel.  I went on 24 hours later, tried it again, and it let me cancel!  Go figure!
