Oryany, please change your lining.

your lining is really terrible, would you please go to a plain light fabric. I think that will help the smell too, and help your sales.

Never had a problem with the smell.

I do do prefer a plain lining.

I'm not fond of "Moroccan-Tile" /Moroccan style designs anyway.... but couple it with the bilious color and I agree, it's very off-putting.  I own two Oryany's, love my purchases but can't stand the linings.....

I really, really like their current lining. I hope they don't change.

I thought it was just me, lol.  I hate that lining Oryany uses but I have two of their bags in spite of it.   A change would, indeed, be nice.

While a handbag lining is never a deal-breaker for me, l have to agree. I really don't care for the Oryany lining. I prefer solids, or unobtrusive neutral patterns.

I absolutely agree.  That lining is even worse than the old BMak animal lining used to be.  I never bought any of his bags and have not bought Oryany, both because of the linings.  Plain tan and light colored linings with no patterns or very little pattern can make a bag attractive to me.

Re: Oryany, please change your lining.

I am not crazy about the lining on Oryany bags, but I have several because I just love their style. However, I HATE the bright orange/red lining that Dooney uses and will not buy a bag if it has that lining. All of my Dooney's have the light pink or grey lining. The last $300 bag I bought had the light pink or I wouldn't have bought it. That ugly red/orange lining is a definate deal breaker for me. I love the animal print on the BMac bags because it goes with every color.

@Goldengate8361, I'm with you!  I love their bags; I feel I can find things easier with this lining rather than the "black hole" my other bags have.  Even DH commented on the "perky" lining while he was retrieving my car keys one day, lol.

Re: Oryany, please change your lining.

It seems like Tignanello bags are being promoted lately.  Some have the "chain" lining.  That is a lining that I do not like.  It is also flimsy.  The Oryany lining seems like a better quality material.  I don't dislike the Oryany lining, although I wouldn't mind if they cnaged it.
