Before Q "updated" their system, when you looked at your order returns, you did not have to click on the item to see any information. You would see the amount of the return along with the credit card. You should not have to View Order if there is no need. This was a big help in reconciling various credit cards.
Now you have to click on the items View Order, to see refund amount and the credit card used. Then you go back to listing and start all over. Also, sometimes you have to click "Orders" tab then click again on "Returns" tab.
The same goes for orders on automatic renewal. And if you need to make an edit on the order, and then back out, you are back to your main orders list page.
Please QVC correct your system. Its even harder to keep track with shipping delays.

I have been complaining about this for months to customer service and it keeps getting worse. IT keeps making unecessary changes to the system that makes it harder and more time consuming for customers to use. I don't know who is making these decisions, but they ought to be fired.

I agree, the way the Order Status page was changed made it much less functional to customers. Very disappointing.
