Orders Missing from Order Status

Today I noticed an item I purchased in mid March is suddenly missing from my Order Status.  It was there last week when I initiated a return and now it is completely gone.

Thankfully, I saved my packing slip when I returned the item.  If I had not, I would not have proff of it ever existing!  I mailed it back last week and I will give it a week to get processed before I call.  I returned it with 3 other things in one box; just the way I received the items.  QVC customer care told me it was okay to do it that way. I used the QR code for one of the items. That item has already processed.

@Catch71   Sometimes orders can get 'hung up' between the pages of your orders. Plug the item # (s) into the small order status search bar. They should reveal themselves...HTH Smiley Happy

I actually tried that and it didn't come up!  I looked on my computer and my ipad also; not there and Search couldn't find it either.

@Catch71  I had that happen several times over the past couple of years.  You can email the social team about the item.  They were always able to "find" mine.

 

The very first time it happened, the customer service rep gave me a terse response, "we do not delete orders."  

It seems they had no experience or knowledge with that happening, so they acted like it was my error in looking at the Order Status. 

 

I think it was my only negative interaction with one of the QVC reps in all the years I've shopped here.

@Catch71. I've noticed when an item reaches a position on the order status list, it disappears then re-appears when a new purchase is made.  This has been happening for years.  Fortunately the CS reps seem to have no trouble seeing it.

@Caaareful Shopper @Catch71    It has happened to me several times,    In fact when Abdrew Lessman had his TSV I ordered the CoQ10 and Phytoceramides.   Somebody screwed up big time because I received double orders of both.  I thiught I was going crazy.   When I called customer service they were so surprised because they had no indication why I would get two.  I presumed they came directly from Andrew's company,   Anyway,  after long discussions with CS hoping to get it straightened out, I went back into my order status to check and the orders had disappeared then reappeared a few days later.   

that was just one example,but it has happened before abd their search bar is useless.  I can't tell you how many times it has come up saying we can't find that order

Guess what; ordered the tsv today and my missing order in order status reappeared, just as you said!  Kudos to you for solving this mystery for me!

Happens to me too, but you don’t need the long Order # to find it.

AND if you go by the order # on your credit card statement that number is 2 digit’s longer than needed for the search. If you drop the last 2 numbers, then Search, the item will appear.


A LOT Easier to do this instead…


In Search Bar just type the BRAND’s name and your order will appear! 🤗
