I can't tell order of replies, either.  I sure liked the previous Forum's Format so much better.  I thought I'd be used to this one by now, but I'm not.  It is very confusing to me still.

Is this what you mean?  At the top of the forum topics,  Next to the RED reply button, there is a button "Forum Topics" a drop down box appears and check "newest posts first".  Then every time you open a thread all new replies are posted first.  Is that what you mean?
