Re: Okay, Okay, ENOUGH 10 FOR YOU!!!

Long time customers are rarely rewarded in the marketplace in general.

@highmaintenancejan  Agreed! Easy pay is so easy but you need to realize you will NEVER EVER be paid up, paid off.

@nyc1  They also used to send out birthday cards and thanksgiving cards with offers but stopped this YEARS ago.

@PINKdogWOOD  I remember the birthday and Thanksgiving cards! It was a nice touch because easy pay wasn’t offered a lot back then. Now if you have a Q card, everything is on easy pay. I’d rather have free shipping.

@Lisa Y  You're right about the cards offering easy pays when there wasn't much of it but we still had to spend $50 or more to use it. Free shipping is much nicer, it would make me more think before I spend though b/c if I return it still costs ME s/h back.

Gotta agree it's strange the Q does nothing to reward longtime customers.

Seems like most other online retailers that are their competition do. I don't want a Q Card.

ITA. That's the same thing I told DISH. Have had service with them for over 20 years. I have been checking out cutting the cord & will probably do this after the holidays.

I also don't buy much from Q anymore. It's too expensive unless you know you are going to keep the item. Paying to return it plus not getting a refund on your original shipping is just like throwing money in the trash IMO.

Comcast doesn't offer incentives for longtime customers either.

@PINKdogWOOD

They had a 'personal touch' they stopped years ago imo.

Companies tend to take long-time customers for granted.  Q is not an exception.  Last week I switched cable company after twenty years; my existing carrier was unwilling to negotiate on price (well, they gave me $5 per month).  Since then, they've called once or twice wanting to talk.

Bottom line - take your business elsewhere.  Maybe you'll find a retailer that appreciates its long-time customers.

Well said @ValuSkr!

I understand what you're saying except for the 'enough 10 for you!!' part. What does that mean?

@newjersey, 10 For You was Q's promotion that offered new customers a $10 credit. I don't know if they are still doing it.
