Why doesn't QVC offer oval pressure cookers anymore.  Many foods such as chickens and roasts fit better in an oval shape, especially for browning.  I am asking again to pass this request on to your buyers.  I'm ready for a new pressure cooker as my 8 qt. CE "technique hard anodized" is too heavy for me to lift.  Please!!

I used to have a QVC oval pressure cooker that I loved.  The problem is that it didn't last very long before it went out.  It stopped while it was cooking.  Something in the electronics failed.

QVC said there was no warranty on the unit, just the finish coating on the inside of the vessel, which was like new, because it was hardly used.

i would like a new oval pressure cooker, but not one from a QVC brand.  It was junk IMO. I will never buy another kitchen electronic device made by QVC, such as Cooks Essentials.

Carmie I had the same issue with my 8qt oval pressure cooker. I bought a 6 qt round and also a 4 qt round. I still miss the oval pressure cooker though.
