Seems always to be complaints about certain posters and it most always happens when someone posts in the wrong place.... off topic. You have given your customers so many options, almost too many and there are still some who continue to post anywhere they like. Often the end result is some sort of online argument. Why don't you monitor the boards more carefully and only allow what belongs. I think it would be a more civil board or at least those who check in online looking for information about a topic would not have to spend time wading through STUFF.

I just checked, there is a place for AMONG FRIENDS so those who sign on can reach people they want to talk to and it would be proper placement of comments.
