ON IT'S WAY....Been Patiently Waiting

I don't typically go around in circles with QVC but lately QVC Customer Service has been NO HELP. Can someone tell me when I will receive my Philosopy Mega Bubbles & Body Care, shows it's "ON IT'S WAY" SINCE 5/7/2020.
