What in the world are you thinking. You took a perfectly easy to use format and made it a nightmare to use. Why is it that when there is an upgrade it always seems you need to do many more steps to do what you used to do in one. This is difficult to navigate and definitely NOT user friendly. Please go back to the old system. I tried to order something before it sold out and it took so long to go through the steps I didn’t get it in time, who thinks up these terrible programs. Did you ever think to test it and ask your “customers” if they liked it better. Remember we are the people who keep you in business. Terrible terrible idea.

A few changes, but imo, easy to use.

ITA. That is actually the only "new" feature during checkout I noticed recently.

I don't think it is difficult at all. Very easy. I always use the same credit card and just one click takes me to one payment versus easy pay.

I have no problems so far with check out except that I wish the default payment was single payment instead of easy pay. I really have to pay attention to make sure I don't just click it until I have read the page carefully. I am sure the more it is used the easier it will become and then it will change again!

I have a UPS Store box that I use for most (not all) of my online purchase deliveries. I've been using that address for many years. With this updated checkout system, I have to type it in every time, it doesn't show as one of my stored addresses. I've added and saved the address several times, but it still doesn't show up. Frustrating!

I HATE IT! Have had problems with it from the get-go!
My latest problem is that sometimes, happening more often lately, things I ordered have been moved to things I'm holding. First time this occurred, I figured I didn't hit place order so I ordered the item again! Then noticed two orders for same thing and cancelled one.
Just this morning noticed something I placed an order on from ITKWD Wednesday, among others in my holding/not ordered section!
To add to this system's inconvenience, when ordering two of the same items, e.g., two sweatshirts in different colors, the back and forth from item page to order page seems so drag on.
I don't invite change; certainly don't appreciate this one!
