RIDICULOUS!
It is NOT user friendly. You have to constantly click to get to every action.
The former page was great. Everything on one page.
listed all payment options: cards, check, member credits.
also choose easy pays or one payment, etc., all on one page. All you had to do on one page and the font was great.
AND I almost clicked pay now WITHOUT knowing what payment I was using, as it doesn't list options without actively trying to find another thing to click on to bring up yet another page, causing a large amount of $$$$ being put on a card etc., you might not want to use.
I do not like this new system, too much aggravation.
I will just call from now on.

The checkout process is a little different. It automatically defaulted to the Qcard and each time I clicked on a different method of payment, the system kept asking me to verify my card expiration date and pin number.

Oh boy, what a mess. This new checkout format is beyond horrible. It is difficult to read, the font is too small in and very light in color, which makes navigating this ridiculous change overly time consuming. What was formerly a graceful layout and one click process now takes four or more clicks if you want to edit any of the options to purchase. That doesn't include the extra time it takes when said options fail to engage when selected. After several failed attempts, I called customer service for assistance. My friends are encountering the exact same negative purchasing experience. This is not user friendly and find its an epic fail!

Agree with @Imaoldhippie . There are a few changes, but easy to get through.

My main complaint is that it defaults to easy pay, which I NEVER use.

I cancelled my orders when that happed to me!

I noticed a few minor changes. Maybe it's because I've always selected speed buy (or whatever it's called).

I won't use it, it should have my VISA card info on file and it doesn't, but the QCard info was loaded onto it of course, I find that dishonest. I just get the item number and use automated ordering or call in and talk to a person.
