OMG I returned an item too late!

I just realized I returned an item past the 30 days. Does anyone know what will happen? I'm a little afraid of calling customer service 'cuz I'm hoping they'll accept it (it's about a week over). Has anyone had this happen before? Should I just call customer service and have them send it back?? Oy!
