I was just thinking yesterday that most of the food they sell on the Q isn't healthy at all...........calorie/fat laden to the max. Besides, if I'm going to make a desert, cookie, or a pie/cake, I'm going to use a family recipie or something from a cookbook and make it myself. I don't need a label to tell me 99 percent of that stuff is bad for me.

Yes, the products have the nutritional info on the packages, just like all the packages have the nutritional info on all the products that you would find in your local grocery store.
