Now THAT is customer service!

I ordered a pair of sandals from Zappos @ 2 p.m. I just received an email notification that my order has left the warehouse @ 8:54 p.m. and will be delivered on Thursday via UPS. I did not upgrade my shipping. Shipping on Zappos is FREE both ways. Wow. Just wow.

Needless to say I have never been treated like this by QVC in the 20 years I have been a customer. The online shopping community is changing....I hope QVC catches up soon. The shipping (and return shipping because of inconsitent sizing, quality, etc) really adds up over time.
