Still waiting for an 'as is' Dennis Basso dress due to the warehouse/shipment delays.

 

What I didn't mention is that I twice received the wrong color shoes (2nd time the packing slip was correct but shoes were still the wrong color. Don't they look on the box to match or is the color erronously linked in their system? 

 

So!  CS placed a manual pull for the right color but when it didn't arriv after 3 weeks I called and was told the 'manual pull' order was incorrectly submitted so it was submitted again (allegedly correctly).  Two weeks later and no shoes or notification.

 

I give up! If the dress doesn't fit (if it ever arrives) and I am OO Town for 3 months with no forwarding of it, the return window will have passed and I won't be able to return it if it doesn't fit (yes, it is returnable even for an 'as is'.)

 

Yes, these are princess problems but the lack of comprehensive integration concerns me.

@CANDLEQUEEN   You should be able to cancel a waitlist item.  I have many times.  Call CS
