I feel really frustrated that the Q I loved has gone down the tubes like it has. I understand that the economy has made serious changes in the way companies do business, but I feel like I return more than I keep, and the quality is just not up to par. I was really upset on Presidents Day that probably 90% of the lineup was made in China! Really? Same old, same old fashions, if you can call them that, the little bit of real gold jewelry offered is thin and cheap, I could go on, and I feel sure I'm not alone in thinking this. I understand that the merchandise offered needs to change somewhat to reflect what many customers can afford, but that shouldn't come at the cost of good quality. There are still many of us who are financially able to purchase as we always did and boy, I feel cheated! It was fun while it lasted though...
