Not able to order Calista hot rollers on line

It's been days that I tried to add A199844 to my shopping car but both options (long, short) are showing sold out on QVC.com. I've called Q's customer service and she said she's sorry I'm having a problem and all she can do is put in a feedback. Does this item shows up as Sold Out for you on qvc.com as well? the customer service rep sounded like it's my computer problem.
