No shipping to California??????

I just watched the entire hour of Tiffany lighting and tried to order two different lamps only to find out that none of the lamps can be shipped to California. The Q rep suggested I have the lamps shipped to another state if possible. No explanation was given why this policy is in effect and I'm sure it is yet another Ca. eco-restrictive policy but I wish that Dave James would have stated that fact at the start of the show. When I checked online, none of the lamps can be shipped to California. Rather frustrating to waste the hour and then be given no explanation. QVC=Quit Vexing Consumers!
