Agree, if charging for shipping, include the return label!

You can just hand write a label with the same info you find on your account page for the return.  You can also just show the QR code to UPS and they'll take care of everything else.  How do you ship things back?

If you don't want to go to the PO or to UPS then the only other option is to call CS and have them snail-mail a label to your mailbox.

@bonitalou   Yipes!  3 hours away from a PO??  How do you get mail/deliveries??  Does someone pick up your mail?  I would just write my own label and leave it for pick up.

Really?  Three hours?  That would mean your route is 6 hour round trip for the carrier?

I live way out in a house with no in person delivery due to other reasons.  But the PO itself is less,than 20 minutes away for pickup.

@bonitalou.  You can call CS and request one be sent to you.  You can hand write a label but you'll have to get it to the post office to mail it.

Hi @Tori3569 --  Thanks for this info.  If you could please tell me where the QR code is.  Also, does UPS charge for this?
